Others include the <a href="http://www.uni-hamburg.de/index_e.html" title="uni-hamburg.de">Hamburg University</a> and the <a href="http://www.tu-harburg.de/index_e.html" title="tu-harburg.de">Hamburg University of Technology</a>.<br /> The new university is located in the growing business center of Hamburg (Hafencity), close to the harbor and the city center.<br /> The <a href="http://www.bvl.de/en" title="bvl.de"><span class="caps">BVL</span></a> stated in a news report that the first 26 students from 14 countries already started in their masters program.
